F.A.Q.
Sorry, we cannot start the game anymore: Could not connect to server. Connection to server failed.
How to fix:
- Run the game as an administrator.
- Wait 15 minutes, then log in again.
- If you still cannot connect, use a VPN or a Ping Reducer.
- For more help, create a support ticket on Discord.
Failed to download [play.exe]
Close all windows and run the game to update. If all windows are already closed, run Launcher.exe.
If the issue persists, contact support on Discord.
Could not open file
This error usually means the game files are corrupted or incomplete.
Solution:
- Run the game as administrator.
- Temporarily disable your antivirus and try again.
- If the problem persists, fully redownload the client.
- Install All Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes.
Game won't open / crashes on launch
Solution:
- Install all Visual C++ Redistributable runtimes.
- Install DirectX End-User Runtime.
- Run main.exe as administrator with Windows 7 compatibility mode.
- Add the game folder to your antivirus exclusion list.
